Please note that beginning this school year, Morning Creek ESS has experienced staff shortages that prevent us from serving all families that are interested.  We are continuing our hiring efforts to continue taking more students into our program. 

Step 1: Complete the Interest List.

Step 2: Once you confirm there is space for your child, we will send you our fillable enrollment packet. You are welcome to stop by and fill it out as well :)
*A $150.00 registration fee (per family) and first month’s fees will be payable at this time.
We must receive the packet at least 2 business days before your child can attend.  

ESS offers a variety of contracts for families to choose from. ESS is an all or nothing program, meaning we do not allow drop-ins for one time service, or a drop-in service outside of your contract. ESS will also charge fees based on attending 5 days a week, even if you only use the program as needed.

PM - After School Only (End of day to 6pm)

1. Credit Card Authorization Form (RECOMMENDED
Come on in and fill out the blue slip! This slip allows your ESS fees to be automatically charged to your DEBIT or CREDIT card. No need to worry about remembering to pay your bill, when the district automatically does it!

2. Pay Online (
Use the online portal for e-Checks, Visas, or MasterCards to pay your fees with no hassle!

3. Pay Over the Phone
Call Meghann Stralo at the District Office to make a card payment over the phone.  There will be no processing fee.

ESS hours for School Year will be 2:05pm- 6:00pm. A late fee will be applied for late pick ups. Our staff have family commitments of their own and appreciate your cooperation. Only authorized signers with a picture ID will be allowed to take children from ESS.

Late fees will be collected according to the Parent Handbook:
$1/min/child: 1-10 mins
$30/child: 11-30 mins
$60/child: 31-60 mins
