Watching from a hotel room in Shanghai, China as thousands of bicyclists whizzed past a group of people practicing a slow, moving meditation in the midst of this bustle of activity was the intriguing moment that changed Robin’s life. She went to the group, saw their peace and contentment and decided she needed to try this thing. What was it? Tai Chi. Robin became a certified Tai Chi Chih instructor in 1992 and has shared this path to calmness and joy ever since. Adding Yoga to her personal fitness program has doubled her peace. Robin shares both movements with willing students and loves to watch their personal transformations.
