Poway Adult School High School Diploma
Official Transcripts
Current students needing a transcript may either download the Transcript Request Form from this site or obtain a Transcript Request form from the Poway Adult School Main Office (Bldg 100). Once you have the form, you will need to:
- Complete the Transcript Request Form. The form must be completed legibly and signed by the student.
- Turn the form in to the Main Office or fax to (858)748-7423. Please allow 2-5 days for processing the request.
- Students will be notified when the transcript is ready. Students may stop by the Main Office to pick up the transcript.
- Valid photo ID will be necessary to pick up your transcripts.
Unofficial Transcripts
Students in need of an unofficial transcript (does not need to be sealed and may be a copy) should complete the following:
- Go to either the Main Office (building 100) or see the Counseling Assistant in the Learning Center (building 600) and complete the Request for High School Diploma Transcript form.
- One copy of your unofficial transcript will be provided, please allow at least 2-5 days to complete your request.
- Valid photo ID will be necessary to pick up your unofficial transcripts.
GED Score Reports
Poway Adult School GED Students who completed the GED battery of tests after July 1, 1990 may Google ETS GED records to download a hard copy of the “Duplicate GED Records Request” form.
Students who completed the GED battery of tests prior to July 1,1990 should complete the following:
- Stop by the Poway Adult School and fill out the Request for Unofficial GED Score Report (prior to 1990). Turn the completed form in to the Counseling Assistant in the Learning Center (600 building) or fax to (858)748-7423. Please allow 2-5 days for processing.
- Students will be notified when the request is ready. Students may stop by the Main Office to pick up the transcript.
- Valid photo ID will be necessary to pick up your transcripts.
