Vision Plan

Poway Unified School District provides vision coverage through EyeMed. You can see an in-network provider or an out-of-network provider. Your costs will be lower if you visit an in-network provider. You also have the option of utilizing the enhanced Eye360 benefit which provides an additional $50 for the retail frame allowance.

 

When you visit an in-network provider, you will be responsible for a copay at the time of your service. If you receive services from an out-of-network doctor, you will pay all costs at the time of service and submit a claim for reimbursement.
