January Fitness Classes

 

Free PUSD Adult School Fitness and Wellness Classes

The PUSD Employee Wellness Program has partnered with the PUSD Adult School to offer FREE fitness and wellness class options. All PUSD Employees are eligible to participate in the classes. To check out the list of classes and enroll:
  1. Go to https://powayusd.asapconnected.com/#CourseGroupID=55355
    OR go to www.powayadultschool.com and click on Community Ed tab, then click PUSD Employee Wellness Program.
  2. Browse through the list of classes.
  3. Click Register Now for the class(es) that you would like to participate in.
  4. You will be prompted to Login or Create An Account.If you do not have an account with PUSD Adult School, then click Create An Account and complete the account information. If you created an account last semester, use your same account information to login.
  5. Once your account is created, continue to click Register Now for all the classes you want to take.
  6. Add the classes to your cart.
  7. Once you have selected all the classes, go to My Cart and Checkout.
  8. The price for all the classes should be $0. You should not have to pay anything for the PUSD Wellness Program classes.
  9. Click Continue Checkout.
  10. You will see a confirmation page, and you will also receive a receipt via email as your confirmation.
  11. You will receive email reminders from Poway Adult School and/or the instructors about each class that you register for.
For online classes, the instructors will send the Zoom link before the class starts. If you don't receive a Zoom link, please contact [email protected]

Free Mental Health App: Wise@Work 

All PUSD employees have free access all year-round to the Wise@Work mindfulness app ($100 value), which is full of short, work-focused meditation practices and learning modules to help you find some calm and balance before, during, and after your workday. If meditations are not your thing, the app also has other learning modules and series that focus on work situations and discussions. For app download instructions please open the flyer below:

EASE / EAP

All PUSD employees and their household members have free access to the Employee Assistance Service For Education (EASE) / Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides mental health, legal consultation, financial counseling, and other services. Please review the EASE website and flyer below, for more information:
