Deferred Compensation

ALL employees (full time, part time, substitutes, etc.) are eligible to participate in deferred compensation. Deferred compensation is offered in the form of 403(b) and 457(b) plans (pre-tax contributions), as well as a Roth 403(b) plan option (after tax contributions). These voluntary retirement plans give you the opportunity to contribute to additional retirement funds, directly from your PUSD paycheck. PUSD uses a third party to administer the deferred compensation program.
