Stay Informed with Electronic School Flyers
Poway Unified School District uses Peachjar, a paperless flyer system, to share school-approved information with families. E-flyers keep you up to date on school activities, programs, and events—while saving paper and reducing costs.
Why E-Flyers?
- Saves tons of paper each year
- Reduces copy costs by thousands of dollars
- Less paperwork for teachers, office staff, and volunteers
How It Works
- Flyers are emailed directly to parents and posted online.
- You can find them by clicking the Peachjar button on your school's homepage.
- All schools in the district now use Peachjar.
What You Need to Do
- Nothing. No action is required to receive or view e-flyers.
- If you are new to Peachjar, you will receive a welcome email with a username and password.
- Logging in is optional and only needed if you want to manage preferences.
Tips for Smooth Email Delivery
- Add [email protected] to your email contacts.
- When you receive your first e-flyer, click “always display images.”
Not Receiving Peachjar Emails?
There are two common reasons:
- Your email address is not on file. Contact your school office to add your email address to the district contact form. You can also visit the FAQs for help adding your email or resetting your password.
- Emails are going to spam or images are blocked. Add [email protected] to your contacts and select “always display images.”
Privacy
Peachjar is used only to distribute school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
