Square 1 Art

Your child’s Square 1 Art has gone home and you’ve had a chance to see their amazing work.  Wouldn’t these make great birthday or Christmas gifts for someone who adores your child?  Or even a great keepsake for you?  Order online with your child’s unique access code included in the packet that went home.  The deadline to order online is November 22nd.  Thanks for supporting the arts at Shoal Creek!

Lost & Found

If your child has misplaced something at school, please be sure to check the Lost & Found cart. Any items left behind will be donated to a local charity by December 20, at the end of the school day.

Kids Heart Challenge

The American Heart Association encourages students and families to take the Kids Heart Challenge of better health by being committed to better nutrition, increased physical activity, and making an impact in the health of their community.  You can help make a difference in the future research of heart health by donating.  All proceeds go to the AHA and is not a fundraiser for Shoal Creek in any form.  See your child’s flyer for details.

Adopt-A-Family

Shoal Creek will be participating in the Adopt-a-Family Program through PUSD again this year. We have committed to provide Christmas for 20+ children in our district and their families. Please watch for sign-ups via e-mail and social media. This is also a wonderful opportunity to talk to your child about those in need and help our students develop empathy. If your child has money saved, consider allowing them to help with the purchase of a gift so they can learn how giving gifts can be just as thrilling as receiving them. Together we can make the holidays shine a little brighter for our neighbors this year.
