College Bound & PUSD Making a Difference Video

The College Bound (CB) programs are customized to empower scholars and their families navigate the educational system and have post secondary successes.  Our current CB PUSD program is open to 9th - 12th grade scholars and their parents/guardians.  We believe in meeting scholars and parents where they are at all times. Our programs include academic excellence, self esteem building, leadership development, community service, civic engagement/responsibility, cultural confidence with an emphasis on Black History plus much more! Dr. Darlene V. Willis, the Co-Founder and Executive Director, along with her motivational team has a unique way to reach, teach and empower scholars along with their parents/families.  College Bound Programs is under the family oriented non-profit, Concerned Parents Alliance.  They have existed since 2001 and 100% of their scholars have had the choice of attending college while their parents are empowered to take back control of their households and educational pathways for their scholars.
 
Dr. Willis’ new book titled “REVEALED: True Testimonials and Life Lessons on Covert and Blatant Racial Experiences, is due to be released at the end of October.

The College Bound (CB) programs are customized to meet the needs of the families and partners.  Our current programs are open to 8th - 12th graders and their parents/guardians, however, we customize each program and can even empower elementary school aged scholars and their families.
