PUSD Continuing Student-

Step 1: Complete the PUSD Continuing Student Registration Process
Step 2: Parent/Guardian complete the Connect Academy Interest List via Google Form link :22-23 Connect Academy Enrollment Request Form

New Student Enrollment-

Step 1: Parent/Guardian will enroll their student in PUSD school of residence

Step 2: Parent/Guardian complete the Connect Academy Interest List via Google Form link :22-23 Connect Academy Enrollment Request Form

Students will be placed at Connect based on space availability by grade level.
If your child has an IEP, a change of placement meeting is required with your school of residence IEP team to discuss your request for a program change.
