The Counseling Department uses an Internet-based program called Naviance and SCOIR as a means of communication and planning with students and parents. Some features of these programs are:  
  • Personalized Student Profile
  • Aptitude Tests
  • College Search Tools
  • Campus Community Exploration
  • Virtual College Visits
  • Messaging Feature with Counselors
  • Access to important student data (such as GPA, counselor, etc)
  • Career assessments
  • Scattergrams comparing student academic history to Westview graduates for college acceptance
  • And so much more!
Students and parents may create an account and login using the links above. If you do not have an account or need assistance resetting password, please contact your counselor or our Guidance Technician Afsaneh Towns.

For 2020-21 school year, students will have access to both programs. Westview will use the SCOIR platform exclusively in the following school year. To learn more about this program, please visit the SCOIR Step-by-Step Guide.
Sign-on Page
If you have an account, go to https://student.naviance.com/westview to access Naviance. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link to reset. You must have an email address in the system for this to work. Otherwise, contact Afsaneh Towns to reset your password.
Guest Users
If you are not a Westview student/parent, you may access the program using the Guest Entrance feature. Go to the sign on page and click on the "I'm a guest" link. You will be able to view limited information as a guest user.
