  •   Senior Gear Week

    For those who have yet to order, Jostens is allowing a few additional days to take advantage of the early bird discounted prices. Please place your cap and gown order/reservation online at or contact the Jostens Service Center at 858-486-2020 before the end of the business day this Friday, October 30 to order over the phone or ask questions. Questions can also be sent via email by contacting our Jostens rep directly at  Please note that the cap and gown unit can be borrowed at no cost to the student.  Click here for directions on how to order or borrow.

    Senior shirts and masks can still be purchased on the Westview webstore.  All new orders are fulfilled on Wednesdays and available for pickup in the front office afterwards.  Prices will remain the same until October 30th as well. 

  •   Attendance Procedures during Virtual Learning

    The following is the information on Student Attendance procedures:
    Please call the Attendance Hotline at (858) 780-2020
    Option 1: Student has an appointment
    Option 2: All day absence

    Note: If your student has a medical appointment (i.e. doctor, physical therapy, dentist, orthodontist, etc.), please provide a medical excuse from the physician. Write the time the student returned to Virtual Class on the document, scan and email the document to

    If your student has a non-medical appointment and arrives to class late, please email indicating the time your student logs into Virtual Class for our records.

  •   Student Materials Request

    If you are in need of a textbook, please fill out this Google form (must be logged in to MyPlan Google app to access).

    If you are in need of a Chromebook, please fill out this Google form. The Parent and Student Agreement form must be completed and returned when picking up Chromebook. Printed copies will be available at school as well.

    We will strive to have your materials ready for pickup at the school front office within one school day of your request. Please send an email to schedule a time prior to arriving on campus to pick up materials.

  •   Community Outreach

    Due to COVID, many of our Wetsview families have been affected in different ways. We are reaching out to those who are able to donate grocery store, Target or Walmart gift cards to help struggling families in our community. If you are able to make a donation, please drop off gift cards at Westview’s Front Desk to Susan Hartman.
