Reporting Positive COVID-19 Cases
Report positive COVID cases by using this MCHS Positive COVID-19 Submission Form. Using the form is the most efficient way for us to get all of the information and to improve our processes in the office. Although, you may email pgeier@powayusd.com or call (858) 484-1180 x3173 to report positive COVID cases as well.
Reporting Negative COVID Test Results
Returning to school after a COVID related absence because you were COVID positive and are returning to school on Day 6 or later, or if you reported symptoms to attendance, but have a negative test, you will need to submit the attestation of a negative COVID test and documentation using this MCHS COVID-19 Negative Test Result Form. Upon your return, please visit the Attendance Office prior to attending your first class.
SAT Testing
SAT exams offered at Mt. Carmel High School are hosted by our Band Booster as an independent third-party that uses our school site for the testing. The school staff will not have information regarding the SAT test at the school site. Questions for those registered to take the test at MCHS (accommodations, etc.), please email SATAdmin@MCHSBAND.com. For general SAT questions or to register for the SAT exam, please visit the College Board website (https://www.collegeboard.org/).
Parking Lot Stickers
If you plan to park in the parking lot, please bring a completed parking pass form to Ms. Adelman in the front office to apply for a parking pass. Students and staff, you must have a valid parking sticker on your car or your car will be ticketed.

School Pictures - Order with Lifetouch
Please visit lifetouch.com to order school pictures using your student's portrait ID number your student received in their Lifetouch envelope. Lifetouch envelopes, with their portrait ID, already went home with students. Please contact lifetouch.com with any questions.

The PUSD Food & Nutrition meals are now free through June 9, 2022. Currently, students can purchase a la carte items during class break using their student lunch account; only water is sold during lunch time.

To place money on your student's account - MySchoolBucks or by check made payable to PUSD Food and Nutrition (give check to MCHS school cafeteria or F&N district office).
