Our brand new turf fields are finished and ready for play. Join us for the summer off-season to get ready for the fall. The following is a list of weekly events going on throughout the summer (6/13 - 7/23).

High School and Middle School athletes - Optional workouts and trainings:
  • Monday - 9-10am - Strength & Conditioning ($)
    • Del Norte students and graduated 8th graders attending DNHS in the fall only
  • Wednesday - 9-10am - Strength & Conditioning ($)
  • Thursday -
    • 9-10am - Strength & Conditioning ($)
    • 4-8:30PM - Nighthawks Summer Hawkey (7v7) - All levels welcome ($)
      • Get your friends together or sign up as a free agent to play some hockey on our new turf fields. $350 per team or $50 free agent, 6 weeks, 2 games per night, officials for each game. Registration link coming soon.
  • Fridays - 9:30am - Fun Friday Summer Spin workouts at Del Norte (no fee - meet in the Pain Cave)
    • Del Norte students and graduated 8th graders attending DNHS in the fall only
    • If you want to be conditioned and faster for fall tryouts, you need to be in the pain cave
All of the above are optional and most have fees, but we only offer options that will make the most impact for players in the fall. The following are detials for each option:
  • Strength & Conditioning - $175 (fill out registration form)
    • Fee paid to DNHS Athletic Foundation (check memo: Strength & Conditioning)
    • M, W, Th - 6/13-8/15 (no workouts July 4 week)
    • Athletes can choose between 8, 9, or 10am, but hockey team workouts are 9am
  • HTC training - Fees and registration link TBD
  • Summer Hawkey - $350/team, $50 free agent (contact Coach J if interested)
    • Fee paid to DNHS Athletic Foundation (check memo: Field Hockey)
  • Friday Fun Summer Spin - no fee (fill out registration form)

Dead Period:
The dead period is from 7/24 - 8/6. This is a time that high school coaches cannot communicate with athletes. This is a CIF rule, so please don't expect us to push out info or reply to emails during that time. This is a great time to take your family vacations.
