New Procedures due to COVID-19
  • January 2021 - coming soon: PUSD Healthy and Safety Form (must be signed by parent/guardian/athlete and submitted to coach on first day of practice/try outs)

Ticket to Play and Physicals
  • All athletes are required to obtain a physical exam for the 2020-21 school year. We recommend you call your family doctor to schedule an appointment.
  • Ticket to Play/DragonFly Max Due Dates (subject to change):
    • Purple Tier Sports: January 22, 2021
      • Cross Country, Golf, Swim & Dive, Tennis, Track & Field
    • Red Tier Sports: February 1, 2021
      • Baseball, Field Hockey, Girls Lacrosse, Softball
    • Orange Tier Sports: ASAP (before February 19)
      • Dance, Football, Gymnastics, Boys Lacrosse, Soccer, Volleyball, Water Polo
    • Yellow Tier Sports: ASAP (before March 12)

OCIS - Off Campus Independent Study
  • We are still accepting (electronically) OCIS contracts during the pandemic. Due dates must still be followed. New OCIS contracts can be emailed to Mr. Giaime ( or turned in when school returns to normal business. Either way is acceptable.  There are a few temporary changes and general OCIS information can be found on the PUSD Website at
