2020-2021 Enrollment Information

KINDERGARTEN = Students who are 5 years old on or before September 2, 2020
TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN(TK) = Students who turn 5 between Sept. 2- Dec. 2, 2020
New Student Enrollment Intake Forms can be found here.  Please make sure you have the following for Step 1: 2 proofs of residency, birth certificate or passport, and enrolling parent's ID. For Step 2, you will need to sign district forms and upload immunization records.

You may also download the Report of Physical Exam to take to your student's doctor. Althought this is a first grade requirement, you may submit it for Kindergarten (not TK) if the exam is within 18 months prior to entering 1st grade (can be completed after February).

The Oral Health Assessment is a Kindergarten requirement. Please complete and turn in by May 31st of studen'ts first year of school (TK or K).
