Continuing Student Registration runs from April 1st - 30th.

We must receive a completed digital packet for all returning students. This will allow for proper placement of your student for the 2021-2022 school year. This annual digital process allows a family to complete one single “family” packet instead of completing one packet per student. Packets can be completed using any computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection. See the District Continuing Student Registration Page

  •   Character Counts for March-April 2021

The Character Counts program is designed to build a positive school climate by focusing on six pillars of character - trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. Character education teaches universally accepted values and motivates youth to incorporate these values into their lives.  As we emphasize a school that has No Place for Hate, these pillars of good character will be our foundation!   Our school community works together to help students understand these traits and to celebrate students who exhibit those traits.

March and April’s Character Trait is Caring.  Click here for these months’ newsletter and activity to foster caring with your family.

Be Safe.  Be Kind.  Be Responsible.  Stay Stallion Strong!

  •   Temperature Taking

We want to thank our parents and guardians for the attention to checking with your kids throughout the year regarding how they feel each day prior to coming to school.  When your children have had colds or any COVID like symptoms, you have kept them home in an abundance of caution. Thank you so much!  We want to encourage everyone to continue this practice as it is working and contributing to keeping our school community healthy.

In the January 14, 2021 CDPH guidelines, it states, “Implement symptom and exposure screening for all staff and students at home each day before leaving for school.”  Therefore, effective Monday, March 22nd, we will shift to at home screening only.

An additional change that has come forward is the time frame required for quarantining students and staff when they are a close contact with an individual that has tested positive for COVID-19. Ten days is now the time frame for quarantine and self-monitoring
throughout that time frame and beyond. Self-monitoring must continue for a 14-day period so if your child is quarantined for 10-days, please be vigilant about monitoring the four additional days.   This applies only to students who are able to wear a mask at school, all day, as required.   Students who are not capable of consistently  wearing a mask will still have the 14 day quarantine period.
