Building for Success Program
ABOUT CFD (COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT FUNDING)
The Building for Success Program includes the construction of new schools within the Poway Unified School District. Schools under this program are funded with locally-generated funds as authorized by the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 combined with dollars from the California State School Facility Program.
These schools are located west of I-15 and will serve the areas of Black Mountain Ranch and 4S Ranch.
