- GROUP “A” (Internal)
- Group A users are internal PUSD groups or non-profit groups organized to directly support the District’s core mission (e.g. Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops that meet during the first few hours after school).
- GROUP “B” (Community Groups)
- These are the groups that expend their net proceeds for the benefit of PUSD students or other PUSD educational organizations. To qualify for Group B, the organization must be registered with the State of California with a 501(c)(3).
- GROUP “C” (Non-Profit)
- Group must be registered with the State of California with a 501(c)(3).
- GROUP “D” (Commercial)
- For-profit groups or other organizations not eligible as Group A, Group B, or Group C under the Civic Center Act are Group D users.
