Hans Becker - Executive Director II, Learning Support Services and Career and Technical Education Hans Becker most recently served as Principal of Rancho Bernardo High School in the Poway Unified School District, a position he has held since 2020. With 32 years of experience in education, Becker began his career as a special education teacher and later served in assistant principal roles at both the elementary and high school levels from 2008 to 2020. He holds a Master’s in Educational Administration from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University. A proven and data-driven leader, Mr. Becker is recognized for fostering positive school cultures and advancing access, equity, and improved outcomes for all learners. |

Shannon Parker - Director II, Curriculum & Educational Technology - Secondary Shannon Parker most recently served as Assistant Principal of Westview High School in the Poway Unified School District, a role she has held since 2021. With 27 years in education, she began her career as a teacher in 2000 and served as an Activities Director and ASB Director from 2012 to 2021. Parker holds a Master of Arts in Education Administration and Supervision from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. A thoughtful and relationship-centered leader, Ms. Parker is recognized for combining systems thinking with collaborative leadership to strengthen curriculum, instruction, and professional learning while fostering equitable outcomes and building trust among students, staff, families, and community partners. |

Dr. Christopher Robertson - Director, Compliance & Employee Relations Dr. Christopher Robertson most recently served as Assistant Principal at Sage Creek High School in the Carlsbad Unified School District, a position he has held since 2018. He brings 23 years of experience in education, including 14 years as a history teacher at Carlsbad High School and leadership experience as an assistant principal since 2017. Dr. Robertson earned a Doctorate in Education from Arizona State University, a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, a Master’s in Educational Administration from California State University San Marcos, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University San Marcos. Dr. Robertson brings a collaborative, relationship-first mindset to the role of Director of Compliance and Employee Relations. He is committed to solving challenges through transparent communication, building bridges between stakeholders, and cultivating a supportive environment where every staff member can thrive. |
