SAN DIEGO, CA – Alison Fieberg has been appointed Associate Superintendent of Learning Support Services for Poway Unified School District, bringing more than 26 years of experience in education. She most recently served as Assistant Superintendent of Instructional Services for the Del Mar Union School District, a role she has held since 2023. Her career includes school leadership as a principal and assistant principal, as well as earlier experience as a teacher and teacher on special assignment beginning in 2000.
Fieberg holds a Master of Arts in Reading Education from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Maryland. She also earned an Administrative Credential from San Diego State University and completed the Curriculum and Instruction Leaders Academy through the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA).
A vision-driven instructional leader, Fieberg is committed to ensuring high-quality teaching, student well-being, and equitable outcomes across school communities. She is skilled in using data, professional learning, and collaborative leadership structures to strengthen instruction, enhance student supports, and advance continuous improvement aligned to district priorities.
