**New Students are students coming from outside of PUSD or returning to PUSD after attending in another district.

In addition to the enrollment forms, please print and fill out your grade level

Bring it with you to your enrollment appointment.
It is the responsibility of the student and parents to obtain the required documents and bring them to the enrollment appointment. Any missing documents will prohibit us from enrolling your student.
Intra District Transfers (IDT)
If you live within the boundary of another PUSD high school and wish
to attend Mt Carmel, you need to:
1. Submit a Request for Intra District Transfer (IDT
form) to the Student Attendance Office of the PUSD District Office
(located at 15250 Avenue of Science, San Diego, CA 92128)
2. When you receive written notification of an APPROVED IDT please call
484-1180 for an enrollment appointment.
