Freshmen report to the Gym at 7:30.
All students will begin Homeroom at 10:00am. You will receive your class schedule at this time.

PARENTS WHO HAVE MOVED
The Post Office does not forward school mail. Even if you fill out a "Forwarding Notice" the Post Office WILL NOT forward school mail. When you know you will be moving, or if you have already moved, please contact Mrs. Chavez in the Attendance office at 858-484-1180 x 3114.

Friday Bell Schedule
Mt. Carmel Bell Schedule is located on the right side of the MCHS website under Quick Links. There you will find the regular bell schedule and upcoming special bell schedules. Most FRIDAYS are late start days with 1st period beginning at 8:40 am. The following dates are NOT late start Fridays and will run on the Monday/Tuesday regular schedule: Aug 22, Aug 29, Nov 7, Nov 14, Dec 19, Feb 27, Mar 6, Apr 24, May 29 and June 5.
When do Work Permits expire? Summer 2014 work permits expire 5 days after the beginning of the next school year (8/26/2014). Work permits issued during the school year, providing you remain with the same employer; expire 5 days after the following school year begins (8/26/2014). Please see Mrs. Griffin at the Front Desk.
