Director’s Message
Greetings and Welcome to Poway Adult School’s 2024 Spring Quarter!
While we’ve certainly had plenty of rain and gray clouds this winter, spring is here, and with it we will certainly see lots of growth and new blooms. This might be the perfect time for you to cultivate some budding desires to bloom and grow yourself by learning a new skill, focusing on your health and well-being, or just to have some fun. At Poway Adult School, we take great pride in developing courses that appeal to the needs and interests of the very broad demographics of our community. We strive to offer courses that will help our community learn, grow, and thrive. You’ll find courses from gardening, art, and academic skills to career skills, health and wellness, and just about everything in between.

A few of our newest courses this quarter include:
• Italian for travelers
• Numerous cooking courses
• A wide variety of parenting courses including Navigating Autism and supporting your child
• Woodworking projects
You’ll also notice that we are once again offering Youth Enrichment Program for elementary and middle school-aged children. Please peruse the catalog and contact our staff with any questions you might have. We hope you will join us!
