We are excited to introduce our Summer Student Reporting Intern, Brianna Millican! Brianna is a Del Norte High School alum and is currently studying public relations at Seton Hall University. As the Summer Student Reporting Intern, she attends summer programs and events happening throughout Poway Unified to take photos and write articles highlighting the activities. Brianna is excited to be back in the school district that she grew up in!
About Brianna MillicanBrianna is studying Public Relations at Seton Hall University and is a member of the Diplomatic Envoy and the Litore Agency. As a member, she has honed her skills in news writing and feature writing and gained invaluable experience establishing connections within the South Orange community. She has continued to master her persuasive writing skills and marketing skills during her work as a communications intern for the Rotary of Chula Vista-Eastlake, creating press releases and digital promotional content for charity events. She has also proven to be a successful social media strategist leveraging YouTube and Pinterest to create engaging content that increases followers and brand visibility for her client. She is also a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority at Seton Hall and participates in monthly volunteer events.
