ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING 2013-14 KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT:

Sundance enrollment will take place from 2-6 PM on Thursday, May 9; ongoing after that date between the hours of 9 AM-12 PM Mon-Fri.

MESSAGE FROM OUR NEW PRINCIPAL:

Dear Sundance School Community,

Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year at Sundance Elementary School!  I am very excited to be joining the Poway Unified School District and look forward to the opportunity to meet you and your families.

I come to the district after working for 22 years in the Palmdale School District, where I served as a school administrator for the past 16 years. I also taught in the district for 6 years and taught 3 years in two other districts. For the past 12 years, I have been a principal serving both elementary and junior high school students.

I encourage you to continue to partner with our school regarding your child’s academic progress. Our staff is ready to welcome you and your children to an exciting year of learning. I look forward to working with the Sundance Staff and entire school community as we collectively strive to prepare all of our students for success in the 21st century.  Together, I am confident that we can make this year the best year ever!  Again, I look forward to meeting all of you.
