New Resource to Help Parents Confront Youth Drug Use  Treatment Research Institute   Available at the web site of   

Partnership for a Drug Free America, "Time to Act" brings to life scientific knowledge for parents who suspect or know something is wrong but don't know where to turn or what to do.  A Parent's Guide to the Teen Brain, released June 2008, is a building block tool providing essential knowledge parents need to establish the "talking" connection to help teens navigate problems of adolescence, drugs & alcohol included.

 

Abraxas Buddies will meet during lunch every Thursday in Room 17.  Bring your lunch and wear your Buddies t-shirt.

Support Group For Parents is a Chemical Dependency, Behavioral Teen and Family Group.  This program is provided for families of PUSD.  Please refer to "Resources" section.  Parent/Teen Group will meet every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in Room 1.  Please refer to "Resources" section for more details.

 

All Success Orientations are held in the media center from 4 - 6 p.m. on specified dates. New students must contact the Registrar Office to make reservation.  No walk-ins will be accepted.  Please refer to "Admissions" and then to "Success Class Orientation" for more details.
