The Council is made up of the principal, four teachers, one classified employee, three students, and three parents.  Each member has an equal voice.

The purpose of the Council is to provide input and support of the Twin Peaks Single Plan for Student Achievement:  "To increase achievement for all students through a comprehensive literacy effort."
