Dear 6th Grade Camp Parents,

As we are approaching the dates for camp there are a few final pieces of information that we need to share with you. We want every student to attend camp and these items must be completed to ensure that happens. Please read through carefully.

  • There were quite a few parents that did not fill out the online outdoor school COVID consent form. If you have not done so, please complete this through the link below. Go to “Student Registration”, input your child’s information, and select “Campcuyamaca_MesaVerde5.2.2022” and submit the form. If you are unsure if you haven’t completed this form, please go through the process as it will already recognize your phone number and email if you have this completed. **This is a requirement for your child to attend camp.   • EVERY student must have a COVID test (PCR or Rapid Antigen) or verification of a positive result in the last 90 days submitted prior to Monday 5/2/2022. Thank you to those that have submitted their information regarding a positive result in the last 90 days.

For those of you that still need to complete the form OR who selected to submit a PCR result, please go in to this form and submit your information 
For those that selected the Rapid Antigen, we will be seeing you on Sunday between 10am – 1pm. This is a drive thru event. Entrance will be at the west end near the 6th grade parking lot. The suggested arrival times are below to help based on the limited number of staff assisting. Please ask your 6th grader who their homeroom teacher is and review the arrival times below.

10:45 – 11:30 – Cochran / Lawrence
11:30 – 12:15 – Tran / Mill / Manalo
12:15 – 1:00 – Wood / Dusi
**Please note:
  • If your child has a positive result from an upcoming PCR test or Rapid Antigen, your child will not be attending camp and you will receive a refund. 
  • If your student does not have any of this completed by Sunday, 5/1/2022, they WILL NOT be able to board the bus leaving to camp and you will also receive further information on a refund.

Thank you again for your efforts in completing these steps. Your students will have an amazing and unforgettable experience at camp and will have you to thank as well.


There are two requirements that must be completed by families before a student can attend camp on May 2nd:

  1. A participation addendum will be going home for students who are attending camp. This must be signed and returned to your child’s science teacher ASAP and no later than Wednesday, April 27th. Please keep an eye out for this yellow sheet and return it as soon as you are able.
  2. Secondly, the COVID-19 testing requirements as indicated in the paperwork and required must be completed before your student is able to go to camp. Please click here to complete the google form for more information as well as to indicate how your student will or has tested.

The tradition of 6th Grade Camp continues this school year.
