Returning ALL Textbooks and Chromebooks the week of June 14

For In Person students ALL Textbook and Chromebooks will need to be returned thru student's Language Arts Classes June 14th thru June 17th  See the attached Schedule for specific days and times. 

For Virtual Students (Textbooks and Library Books only) there are Book Returns located at the front of the school from 8:00am thru 3:00pm June 14th thru June 17th.  If you are returning your Chromebook also that week, please ring the doorbell and give the chromebook to the office staff. 

There will be Textbook and Chromebook walkup returns for all students  June 18th from 12:00pm - 2:00pm and June 21st from 8:30am -2:00pm

All Textbooks and Chromebooks must be returned by the end of the day of June 21st.  

YEARBOOKS 2020-2021 -Distribution

Yearbook Distribution:
Yearbooks for in person students will be distributed Monday (6/14) and Tuesday (6/15) during PE. Students will also have the opportunity to buy a yearbook for $55 cash while supplies last. Virtual students will be able to pick up their yearbooks on Wednesday (6/16) and Thursday (6/17) from the front office 9am-2pm and Friday (6/18) 11am-2pm. Yearbooks will also be available for purchase from the front office during these times as well for $55 cash only while supplies last. 
Yearbooks can also be picked up or purchased from the front office the week of June 21st from 9am-2pm. 

8th Grade Promotion Information

We are excited to announce information about this year's in-person promotion. Please see the attached letter for all the important details. We look forward to seeing our Mustangs promote to High School.  English/Spanish

Effective June 15th the CDPH has released the face covering guidelines that have gone into effect today and last through at least the end of the 20-21 school year.  MBMS will be holding promotion outdoors therefore attendees and students are not required to wear masks but may do so if they wish. Finally, the gathering limits have expired, meaning there are no attendance limits for our graduation ceremony.  We ask that attendees are limited to immediate family.

Attendance on Self- Sustained Learning (Asynchronous) Days

As a reminder, when students are working on self-sustained learning days, attendance is based on students logging onto Canvas. Students will be marked present when they log into each teacher’s Canvas class between the hours of 8:20am and 2:35pm. Students with 8th period have until 3:30 to log onto Canvas. Families can easily check a student's attendance report in Parent Vue.
