Meadowbrook Middle School ASES: After-School Education and Safety 2018-19

Our ASES staff is excited to see everyone for this 2017-18 school year.  Our program is grant funded, which allows ASES to provide our services without any cost. However, participants must meet attendance requirements. We will adhere to the guidelines of the grant that provides our funding, which stipulates that priority must be given to students who attend ASES five days per week and meets the required late arrival time (morning program) or early release time (afternoon program). Because our program is always at capacity, enrollment priority will be given to students who stay past 5:30 PM meeting the intent of the grant.
After School Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday 2:25PM-6:00PM
Note: Early Release - Students may be picked up any time after 4:15PM, Academy students may be picked up after 5:00PM
Program Requirements
The after-school program is currently on a waitlist, a registration form must be completed and submitted in order to be placed on the waitlist. Academy students can be picked up anytime after 5:00 PM and students that are out at 2:30 PM can be picked up anytime after 4:30 PM. Priority will be given to students who attend the program 5 days a week and stay in the program past 5:00.

We review attendance monthly to maintain attendance compliance.  Disenrollment of participants may occur at this time to make space for students on the wait list.
