PTSA Goals


Meadowbrook PTSA Goals for 2018 - 2019

  • Continue building a positive and professional partnership with school administrators, teachers and staff in order to accomplish PTSA's mission of providing programs and events to enrich the education of our students.
  • Increase student involvement with the help of our Student Liaison.
  • Work with current PTSA board members and chairs to fill open chair positions.
  • Increase participation in cross country by adding it as a PTSA program.
  • Continue to collaborate with Student Services on such important programs as Red Ribbon Week, Career Fair, Adopt-a-Family and Food Drives. 
  • Continue to increase PTSA membership.
  • Work towards keeping parents and kids informed of PTSA events and programs through the website and social media channels. 
  • Continue to promote the value of the arts in school and increase participation in the Reflections program.

Mission Statement of the California PTA: The mission of the Meadowbrook PTSA is to provide programs and events that enrich the education of our students, and to create a closer relationship between home and school by fostering student, parent, and staff involvement and engagement.  We also strive to create an atmosphere of tolerance and acceptance within our diverse community of students, families, and staff.

The Mission Statement of the California State PTA is: Represent our members and to empower and support them with skills in advocacy, leadership and communications to positively impact the lives of all children.
