Registration for the 2021-2022 School Year will be held online. Please see below for forms and due dates.
 
Priority shall go to pupils who are identified by the program as homeless youth, as defined by the federal McKinney - Vento homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. Sec. 11434a), at the time that they apply or at any time during the school year, and to pupils who are identified by the program as being in foster care. Second priority for enrollment will be given to students who can attend the full day every day.

Complete the form(s) for the program you would like your student to participate in for the 2021-21 School Year.

ASES Code of Conduct (All Students must submit a COC form)
Step 2:
Save the form(s) to your computer.
Step 3:
Email the saved form(s) to jiadvincula@powayusd.com.
OR
Step 2:
Print the form(s).
Step 3:
Drop them off at the BMMS Administrative Office or BMMS ASES Office.

Expect receipt confirmation by the next school day and notification of acceptance or waitlist status by June 11th.
  • Rising 7th and 8th Graders
    • Registration dates are May 10th - 28th.
    • AM Program: 2019-2020 AM ASES enrollees as well as 2020-2021 AM ASES and EPIC ASES participants will be guaranteed a spot in next year's program.
    • PM Program: 2019-2020 PM ASES enrollees as well as 2020-2021 PM ASES and EPIC ASES participants will be guaranteed a spot in next year's program.
    • AM and/or PM Program: Students on last year's waitlist who complete a new registration form will be added to our lottery with double entries.
    • AM and/or PM Program: New registrants will be included in our lottery for selection in filling our remaining spots.
    • AM and/or PM Program: In the case of households with multiple new enrollees, if one student is chosen in the lottery, the other student will automatically be offered a spot.
    • Notification of program acceptance or waitlist spot will be emailed beginning the week of June 7th.
 
  • Incoming 6th Graders
    • Registration dates are May 10th - 28th.
    • AM Program: Siblings of 2019-2020 AM ASES enrollees as well as 2020-2021 AM ASES and EPIC ASES participants will be guaranteed a spot in next year's program.
    • PM Program: Siblings of 2019-2020 PM ASES enrollees as well as 2020-2021 PM ASES and EPIC ASES participants will be guaranteed a spot in next year's program.
    • AM and/or PM Program: New registrants will be included in our lottery for selection in filling our remaining spots.
    • AM and/or PM Program: In the case of households with multiple incoming 6th graders, if one incoming 6th grader is chosen in the lottery, the other student will automatically be offered a spot.
    • Notification of program acceptance or waitlist spot will be emailed beginning the week of June 7th.
