After School Program Hours of Operation
Black Mountain ASES is available for students after school each school day from the time of BMMS Dismissal until 6:00pm.

*Program is closed on Non-Student Days (Asynchronous Days, School Holidays and Professional Growth Days).

How to Enroll
We are currently full. If you are interested in enrolling your student, please contact Jireh Advincula (jiadvincula@powayusd.com).  You will be contacted with information on program availability.

Priority shall go to pupils who are identified by the program as homeless youth, as defined by the federal McKinney - Vento homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. Sec. 11434a), at the time that they apply or at any time during the school year, and to pupils who are identified by the program as being in foster care. Second priority for enrollment will be given to students who can attend the full day every day.

Attendance Requirement
In order to keep our program at no cost to families, we have a mandatory attendance requirement. Students who wish to participate in our After School program must attend the program on the school days they are present. Students who cannot meet our attendance requirement will forfeit their spot to those who can.
