ASES Program Registration


2023 - 2024 ASES Registration and Enrollment

Here were the dates and times for ASES Registration for the 2023 - 2024 school year.
Parent and/or Guardians are expected to be here in person to fill out Registration Forms.

For our Current ASES Families:
(Students that are currently attending our ASES program now and their siblings)
Registration for Current ASES Families has already passed.
It was held on 
March 29th and 30th in N2, our ASES office at BHMS.
If you missed these dates, please sign up for our 2023-2024 Waitlist.
For our New and Incoming Families:
(Students that will be incoming 6th graders in 2023-2024 and/or new families currently not attending ASES)
Registration for New and Incoming ASES Families has already passed.
It was held on 
April 5th and 6th in N2, our ASES office at BHMS.

*If you registered for the After School program, please know that we held our ASES Lottery during the last week of April and sent out an email on April 26th from msheffer@powayusd.com to chosen families that registered with us in person for the 2023-2024 ASES Program. Please check your spam folder as well.

Please check the 2023-2024 Waitlist if you would like to see more information about how you can sign your student(s) up for our amazing program for the 2023 - 2024 school year.

Waitlist applications are being accepted if there is availabilty for students who can commit to
attending 5 days per week in the morning and/or 5 days per week in the afternoon.
