Welcome to the Bernardo Heights Middle School Counseling site. As counselors we are dedicated to helping young people reach their full academic, career, and personal/social potential. As a result, we seek to develop in students the attitudes, skills, and body of knowledge that are necessary to pave the way for their success. Please join us in encouraging, assisting, and supporting the growth of our children to that end.
During current school closures, students and parents should email counsleors with any questions or concerns.  Counselors will respond accordingly and set up any additional contact necessary, whether via email, phone or Zoom.

Note: In order to effectively provide services to all of our students, a student's first contact should be with a counselor. If a counselor is not immediately available, your student should fill out a request to see the counselor form**.  **This applies when students are in an on-campus situation.

The following resources are available 24/7 for mental health support should you need resources for yourself or someone you care about.
