If you are in need of a textbook, please fill out this Google form (must be logged in to MyPlan Google app to access).

If you are in need of a Chromebook, please fill out this Google form. The Parent and Student Agreement form must be completed and returned when picking up Chromebook. Printed copies will be available at school as well.

We will strive to have your materials ready for pickup at the school front office within one school day of your request. Please wait for the confirmation email before arriving on campus to pick up materials.
