If you are in need of a
Chromebook:
- Please fill out this Google form.
- Please complete the Parent and Student Agreement form. This form MUST be returned to school. Please print, sign, and bring this form to school when picking up a Chromebook. Printed copies will also be available at the school front desk.
- Please send an email to schedule a time prior to arriving on campus to pick up materials. We will strive to have your materials ready for pickup at the school front office within on school day of your request.
