Scott Wild

Area Administrator - HUB 3

Scott Wild has worked at Westview since 2007, and served as an administrator for the last seven years. He supports students whose homeroom teachers are in the World Language, Visual & Performing Arts, and Special Education departments. In addition to overseeing those departments, his duties include planning and implementing registration, Back-to-School Night, and graduation. Further, he oversees technology initiatives at Westview, Emergency Preparedness, and our school counselors. Ultimately, his primary focus is to make Westview High school a safe, educational, and enjoyable place for all students and staff, and to partner with all stakeholders including parents to best support the students of Westview.

Scott Wild has served in education for a total of 18 years, beginning his career in Washington D.C. before moving to San Diego. Prior to administration, Scott served as an ASB Director and English teacher. Further, he has served on multiple committees for various PUSD initiatives, and worked as a National Programs Facilitator for Quantum Learning Network training teachers and students on brain-based learning techniques and life skills.

When not at work, Scott enjoys time with his wife Angela and two young children, is an avid runner and soccer player, and is constantly looking for the next adventure and challenge to check off the bucket list.
