“My name is Tess Moore and I am from San Diego, CA. I started cheering at the age of 4 through Rancho Peñasquitos Pop Warner and dancing at a local studio. I continued these passions of mine through high school as a 4-year member of the cheer program and committed competitor for Studio West. After graduation, I moved to Waco, TX, in order to attend Baylor University. I earned my B.S. in Health and my M.S. in Sport Management. During my four years as an undergraduate, I cheered on the Baylor Bears directly from the sideline as a Songleader. We danced at all home football and basketball games in addition to making appearances around campus, the community and the nation. I was fortunate enough to travel across the country in support of our Bears during these post-season appearances: The Alamo Bowl, the Final Four tournament in Denver, CO, The Holiday Bowl, The Fiesta Bowl, The Cotton Bowl, the Elite 8 in Southbend, IN, and four Big 12 Tournaments in various locations. During the summer, I spread my love for cheer and dance by instructing youth camps across California. I have been a JAMZ Cheer & Dance staff member for 8 years. Currently, I am pursuing my teaching credential in Health and Physical Education. Let’s go Broncos!
