ASB Student Body Executives

ASB President: Sydney Roberts

  • serves as the official representative of ASB
  • oversees all ASB sponsored activities and responsibilities
  • responsible for class officers
  • directly oversees the Executive Cabinet
  • plans all ASB business meeting agendas
  • presides over all ASB business meetings
  • serves as liaison to the administration
  • chairs yearly Celebrate Assembly
  • chairs weekly Executive Cabinet and advisor meetings
  • assists in all ASB functions

Vice-President of Communications:TBD

  • assume all duties of the ASB president in case of absence and advance to president should the position become vacant
  • assist in developing the meeting agendas and report regularly to the ASB president
  • oversee, approve, and act as the co-chairperson of the Elections, Recognition, Outreach, and Commissioners
  • organize all inter-club meetings and act as the liaison between clubs and ASB
  • update all club files as needed and familiarize those wishing to start new clubs with the necessary requirements and paperwork
  • assists in all ASB functions

Vice-President of Activities: Christina Hartley

  • assist in developing the meeting agendas and report directly to the ASB president
  • oversee, approve, and act as a co-chair person of Spirit and Assembly commissioner, Athletics Commissioners, Class Competition / Entertainment Commissioners and Logistics Commissioner.
  • co-ordinate and plan Homecoming week activities, Homecoming game and Homecoming dance.
  • co-ordinate and plan Airbands.
  • Assists in all ASB functions.

Vice-President of Student Affairs: Suah Lee

  • assists in developing weekly agendas and reports directly to the ASB President
  • oversees all student and staff recognition programs
  • responsible for communicating and promoting ASB to the staff and faculty
  • organizes and oversees all ASB activities at parent events (Back to School Night, Frosh Parent Night, etc.)
  • responsible for all academic recognition & reward programs
  • responsible for working with Faculty Recognition and Staffulty Appreciation Week programs
  • assists in all ASB functions

Secretary: Lesley Valenzuela

  • assists in developing the meeting agendas and report directly to the ASB President
  • responsible for transcribing all of the meeting minutes and providing copies of each of the minutes to all ASB members
  • serve as RBHS Student Representative to the PUSD School Board
  • Maintains current ASB phone, address, and birthday lists
  • oversees "Spirit Week"
  • oversees Public Relations/Marketing commissioner and Human Relations commissioner
  • assists in all ASB functions

Business/Finance Manager: Sadaf Rasekh

  • coordinates all ticket sales, cash box requests, and picture distributions
  • coordinates all ASB work crews (assembly set-up, dance set-up, etc. )
  • coordinates all RBHS student fundraisers and maintains yearly fundraising calendar and fundraising request notebook
  • works with administration to coordinate ASB involvement in registration
  • coordinates ASB concession activities
  • organizes a usable filing system and files paperwork
  • helps ASB advisor with planning of leadership retreats
  • reserves all facilities for ASB activities
  • assists in all ASB functions
