Coaching Staff

Holeh Zargarian, Head Coach
coach_holeh@outlook.com
My name is Holeh Zargarian and I grew up participating in dance, theater, and gymnastics, but fell in love with cheerleading while attending Westview High School in San Diego, where I acted as team captain and was awarded MVP my senior year. In college, I started coaching Pop Warner cheer teams and holding positions on the association's boards. Other coaching experiences include working with San Diego Legion Major League Rugby’s dance team for their inaugural season, as well as coaching at a D1 All Star cheer gym in San Diego.
I hold a Fashion Merchandising degree from Mesa College and work in Social Media Marketing. I reside in Rancho Penasquitos with my chihuahua, Maisy. Let’s go Broncos!

Marin Mayfield, Assistant Coach
My name is Marin Mayfield and I am the assistant coach for RB cheer. I cheered at Mira Mesa High School, as well as on The California All Stars - Sparkle. In my years of cheerleading, I accumulated several National Champion titles including: Gold Medal at National Cheerleading Association (NCA) in Dallas, Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA) in Orlando, United Spirit Association (USA) Anaheim, and Spirit Sports Palm Springs, as well as World Champion titles in 2016 and 2022.

I am currently attending college full time working towards a degree in Psychology.
