NHS applications are due September 20, 2019.
 
Dear NHS Applicants,

Thank you for showing interest in our Chapter of the National Honor Society Club at RB.  As a Nationally recognized organization, we strive to maintain enthusiasm for scholarship, a desire to render service, promote leadership and develop students of character. 
 
Applicant Guidelines:
  • You must be a sophomore, junior, or senior with a cumulative HS GPA of 3.5 or above and no “U” or “N” in conduct/ work habits
  • Incomplete and late applications will not be accepted
  • You will be evaluated based upon the criteria of this application, GPA, and essay.
 Participation Guidelines: 
  • NHS is a service organization; membership is a highly sought-after honor.
  • Dedication and commitment is required, including participating in all NHS monthly meetings and 15 hours of NHS sponsored community service hours. 
  • Pay membership dues when accepted: $20 for 12thgraders, $10 for 11th/10th graders by October 10, 2019 to the finance office (wait for acceptance notification before paying dues)
  • Failure to comply with these requirements will result in dismissal from NHS
Here are the steps to our admission process:
1. Submit Application plus Essay by September 20th.

      b. The essay must be uploaded from a Google drive
2. Sign up for remind by texting @nhsrbronco to 81010
3. RBHS Faculty Council will review and verify all information to determine admission standings.
4. You will be notified through remind or email of your admission standing about 2 weeks after applications are due.
