Hate, Harassment, and Racism Reporting Form

Poway High School cares about every single person in our community. We want you to feel "seen and heard." You matter.  So, we will interrupt hateful, harassing, and/or racist incidents within our community.

PHS has created this Reporting Form as a tool for students and staff who have experienced or witnessed some form of racial /cultural disrespect/hate speech while on campus, social media platforms, or during a school event.  

Reporting brings everything out into the open, where it should be.

Thank you for speaking-up and reporting acts of racism/hate when they occur and helping us to create a school community that is safer from inequity and injustice.

If the incident you are reporting involves the immediate safety and well-being of someone or yourself, DO NOT USE THIS FORM.  Please IMMEDIATELY call 911 or the following hotlines:
