Parking Lot Stickers

If you plan to park in the parking lot, please bring a completed Parking Pass Form to Ms. Adelman in the front office to apply for a parking pass beginning Monday, August 22, 2022, before school, during break, during lunch or after school.  Students and staff must have a valid parking sticker on your car.  Cars parked in the parking lot without a valid 2022-2023 parking sticker will be at risk for being ticketed beginning mid September.

Reporting Positive COVID-19 Cases

Report positive COVID cases by using this MCHS Positive COVID-19 Submission Form.  Using the form is the most efficient way for us to get all of the information and to improve our processes in the office.  Although, you may email or call (858) 484-1180 x3173 to report positive COVID cases as well.

Reporting Negative COVID Test Results

Returning to school after a COVID related absence because you were COVID positive and are returning to school on Day 6 or later, or if you reported symptoms to attendance, but have a negative test, you will need to submit the attestation of a negative COVID test and documentation using this MCHS COVID-19 Negative Test Result Form.  Upon your return, please visit the Attendance Office prior to attending your first class. 

Homecoming Dance - Saturday, October 1, 2022

The MCHS Homecoming Dance is on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at MCHS from 7:30pm - 10:30pm.  Theme: Sundevils in Hollywood.  Tickets are on sale before school and during break and lunch on Friday, September 30th at the Finance Window.  Tickets will not be available after school on Friday, Sept. 30th due to home football games.  Receive $5 off with your ASB card.  Reminder, tickets will NOT be available for purchase the day of the event.  To bring a non-MCHS guest, they must have an approved guest pass. 

PSAT Test - Saturday, October 15, 2022

Attention MCHS Juniors  (Sophomore and Freshman students are welcome)

PSAT Registration is now available!  Click link for PSAT Registration form and information.  The deadline to register is Friday, September 30, 2022.

AP Exam Registration Information

AP Exam Registration begins September 7, 2022 thru November 4, 2022. Exam Cost:  $110.  After November 4th, there will be an additional $40 cost for each exam.  Follow the instructions on this link to register.  A flyer with additional information can be found HERE.

Attendance - Leaving Campus

Students - If you will be leaving campus during the school day, please stop by the Attendance Office between periods or at break to pick up your pass that will dismiss you from class at your departure time.  You MUST check out through the Attendance Office again to pick up your off campus pass before leaving campus.

Food and Drink Policy Reminder

Reminder - No food and/or drink deliveries are allowed during school hours, this includes during passing period and tutorials.  No exceptions!!
In addition, the front desk does not accept items to be delivered or picked up by students, such as lunches, beverages, phones, money, birthday balloons/flowers/gifts, class projects, homework, clothing, food and drink deliveries, etc.  Thank you for your understanding.

Traffic Flow Information and Map

In the interest of safety, and as a reminder, please review the parking lot entrance and exit diagram for your reference.  Remember, traffic is the heaviest between 8:00am - 8:30am.  There are several drop-off zones noted as well.  2022-2023 Traffic Flow Map
