Reporting Positive COVID-19 Cases
You may report positive COVID cases by using this MCHS Positive COVID-19 Submission Form. Using the form is the most efficient way for us to get all of the information and to improve our processes in the office. Although, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (858) 484-1180 x3173 to report positive COVID cases as well.
Returning to School AFTER Quarantine
If you are returning to school after a COVID related absence for any of the following reasons,
- You were COVID positive and are returning to school on Day 6 or later, or
- You reported symptoms to attendance, but have submitted a negative test
You should have submitted the attestation of a negative COVID test and documentation using this MCHS COVID-19 Negative Test Result Form
, and upon your return, please visit the Attendance Office prior to attending your first class.
Doing so is the most efficient way for us to confirm that students have completed the protocols and not have to call students out of class to affirm their status.
Food and Drink Policy Reminder
Reminder - No food and/or drink deliveries are allowed during school hours, this includes during passing period and tutorials. No exceptions!!
In addition, the front desk does not accept items to be delivered or picked up by students, such as lunches, beverages, phones, money, birthday balloons/flowers/gifts, class projects, homework, clothing, food and drink deliveries, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
Yearbooks are on sale now and can be purchased at https:/www.yearbookordercenter.com (school code 17064) or in the MCHS Finance Office for $75 (cash or check made payable to MCHS). The price will increase to $80 on February 1, 2022, so be sure to order your yearbook now. Please note, our vendor requires an online processing fee for all online orders.

Tickets are required for regular season basketball and wrestling games. Please do not hit "redeem" on your tickets once you've purchased, as we will do that for you when you check in at the gate/door.
SAT exams offered at Mt. Carmel High School are hosted by our Band Booster as an independent third-party that uses our school site for the testing. The school staff will not have information regarding the SAT test at the school site. For any questions regarding on-campus testing dates, accommodations, etc., please email SATAdmin@MCHSBAND.com. For general SAT questions or to register for the SAT exam, please visit the College Board website (https://www.collegeboard.org/).
Parking Lot Stickers
If you plan to park in the parking lot, please bring a completed parking pass form to Ms. Adelman in the front office to apply for a parking pass. Students and staff, you must have a valid parking sticker on your car or your car will be ticketed.
