School Year Work Permits
School Year Work Permits TO OBTAIN A WORK PERMIT DURING SCHOOL CLOSURES UNTIL APRIL 6, 2020 DUE TO COVID-19 go to https://powayusd.com/work-permits for application and instructions.
PUSD schools will be closed to students for three weeks beginnning March 16 through April 3. Schools will resume on April 6.
All Athletic competitions and practices have been cancelled until further notice. No organized practices to take place on campus. When more detailed (updated) information becomes available it will be shared via e-mail with Head Coaches, Foundations Reps, and posted here on the MCHS Athletic website. Recommendation from the County Health Department is to wash your hands as often as possible and stay home if you feel ill.
Continuing Student Registration April 1-April 30, 2020.
Parents and Guardians will receive email notification once the website is open. We must receive a completed digital packet for all returning students. This will allow for proper placement of your student for the 2020-2021 school year. This annual digital process will allow a family to complete one single “family” packet instead of completing one packet per student. Packets can be completed using any computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection. If you do not have access to any computing device or internet connection, your student’s school will provide access to complete the packet. READ MORE...
Intradistrict Transfer Timeline
If you live in the Poway Unified School District boundaries and are interested in requesting a transfer to a school that is not your school of residence, you must submit a request during the transfer window of February 1 – March 31, 2020. No transfer requests will be accepted outside of this window, no exceptions. Off-Campus Passes (for early dismissal)
Students are responsible for picking up their pass from the attendance office before school, during break or at lunch. We do not interrupt class to deliver passes.
AP Proctor Volunteers Needed
We administer over 17 AP exams and need your assistance! We are looking for proctors to help us with AP Testing the week of May 4 – 15, 2020
