THE SUNDEVIL WAY

  #1
- Engage in positive relationships between student-athletes, coaches, an
d parents.

#2 - Engage in experiences that allow for student-athletes to develop and
         demonstrate leadership qualities/skills.

#3 - Engage in learning and skill development that supports all student-athletes in                                                  fulfilling their potential.

Each of our head coaches will lead their team of student-athletes, assistant coaches, and parents towards reaching these goals.  As a start, each of our head coaches is in the process of creating a purpose statement to be shared with their team.  As our coaches start to publish their statements, check back to our "Coaches" page to read why they coach!

Athletic News

NOW AVAILABLE - TICKET TO PLAY FOR 2021-22 SCHOOL YEAR

Electronic Ticket to Play forms for 2021-22 are now available on DragonFly MAX and are due by June 15 for Fall 2021 sports (Cross Country, Field Hockey, Football, Girls' Golf, Girls' Tennis, Girls' Volleyball, Boys' Water Polo and Cheer).  At this time, we do not expect to host an onsite Physicals Night due to Covid-19 restrictions so please plan accordingly.  Physicals that expire mid-season will not be accepted.  Deadlines for Winter and Spring season sports will be announced later in the year.

For returning students with existing DragonFly accounts:  You may see your student's 2020-21 physical roll over into your 2021-22 forms.  You must upload a new physical if this physical will be expiring mid-season.  We will be manually reviewing and rejecting any physicals that will expire mid-season.  (A reminder that physicals are valid for one year from the date of exam)  Please also be sure to add/update your student's sports in DragonFly, as sports may have been added/deleted from your students profile depending on what sports he/she participated in this year.

For new athletes/no DragonFly account:  Please click here for more information and instructions on setting up your free DragonFly account and completing a Ticket to Play.

Please click here to review our Fan Advisory (last updated 5/12/21 to include updated number of guests for our pool and gym events).  Please also not that dogs are NOT allowed on campus.

COVID TESTING FOR ATHLETES

CDPH guidelines require that indoor sports provide COVID-19 testing and results of all athletes and support staff to allow practice/competition.  We are working with BinaxNow through the Neighborhood Health Provider.  They are able to do the following for our athletes:

  • Provide Nasal Antigen Test results in minutes.
  • If positive, students need to get a PCR test to confirm.
  • Test is free and parents' insurance is not billed.
A waiver is required for any athlete to be tested at one of our testing sites and can be found here:
