2022-2023 DEL NORTE PTSA SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The Del Norte PTSA offers Senior Scholarships to acknowledge our commitment to continued
education. We are proud to award two (2) $1000 scholarships for the Del Norte Class of 2023!
The applicants are evaluated on their ability to express themselves and provide compelling
responses to the scholarship questions. Each submission will be reviewed and evaluated by a committee without disclosing the identification of the applicant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduating from Del Norte’s Class of 2023. Applicants are required to be a Del Norte PTSA member when applying (no later than April 28, 2023). If there is a financial hardship to become a Del Norte PTSA member, assistance may be available by submitting a letter of explanation by April 18, 2023.
2. The Del Norte senior is pursuing any academic or continuing education, beginning the
fall of 2023. The scholarship is to be used during the fall semester/quarter following high
school graduation at an accredited college or university, community college or trade or
technical school. Scholarship money will be distributed after the committee chair has
received documentation of Fall 2023 registration.
3. Selected recipients will be notified early May 2023.

SUBMISSIONS:
1. Written and video submissions should be forwarded to reflections.delnorte@gmail.com
by April 28th, along with your APPLICATION and one letter of recommendation.
2. Original artwork should be dropped off at DNHS to the ATTN: Fauzia Qureshi-Aziz by
April 28th, along with your application and one letter of recommendation.
