05/13/22 Deadline to enroll in classes for acceleration. You must submit the summer school form to your counselor by 3:32 pm on 5/13/22.

*Summer School is available for incoming 10, 11, and 12 grade students. 

2022 Summer School Dates: June 15 - July 29, 2022
Session 1: June 15 - July 07 
Session 2: July 08 - July 29

Location: On-line using the Edgenuity Platform (Math, English, Social Science, Electives, PE) with optional In-person tutoring available Mon.-Thurs., from 8 to Noon at Twin Peaks Center-13626 Twin Peaks Rd. Poway


On-line using Canvas (Math, Spanish, History. PE and Biology) with once a week face-to-face meetings Date and time to be determined by teacher.

Please note: Biology and Spanish will be conducted via Canvas and will have specific meeting times.  Spanish will meet regularly on Zoom and Biology will meet in person on Wednesdays at Mt. Carmel HS starting June 22nd for labs.  All other courses will not have regular meetings, but all courses have access to instructor virtual support daily.   

How many courses can a student enroll in: Each student will be given one course to start summer school, if they complete that within 16 days from the start of summer school, they can enroll in a second course. Students can enroll in grade level courses they have taken and need to repair, or the grade level they will be in 2022-23.

If you have questions or want to enroll in a summer school course, please complete the summer school form and return it to counseling by 05/13/2022. If you plan to take a summer course, write a note on your 2022-23 CRF in the academic content area and select the courses you plan to take during the school year. Additionally, you need to see your school counselor to request the summer school course.
