When we self transport, these options apply:
  • An athlete can drive themselves to a tournament/match, but no other athletes can drive in the car with them.
  • A parent can drive their own athlete. They can’t transport any other athlete in their car.

If you desire to have other parents to drive your athlete, the following steps and forms are required for the entire season before they can drive.

Parent Drivers – Below papers are required to be turned in:
  • Private Vehicle Form
  • Guest Driver Form
  • Copy of insurance papers that show insurance limits.
  • Copy of drivers license.

Athletes Papers – Each athlete that is driving with a different adult (not their parent) needs to turn the papers below.
  • Assumption of Risk Form
  • Student Trip Permit
