Head Coach: Cherise Meoli

Cherise grew up in Torrance, CA. She started to play tennis at 7 years old, coached by her father. She played junior tournaments in Southern CA and kept a top ten ranking throughout her junior career. She competed on her boy’s high school tennis team at South High in Torrance and went on to receive a tennis scholarship at Long Beach State University. After college she competed in several professional tennis circuits in Mexico and the Pacific Northwest. She continued her tennis career by coaching at The Bishop's High School in La Jolla, and was the Women's Head Coach at Grossmont Junior College. She taught at the San Diego Tennis and Racket Club and the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club as well. Cherise and her oldest son, Luke, hold the#1 national ranking for Mother/son in So. Cal. in 2012.
Cherise has been coaching both boys and girls tennis teams at Del Norte since 2011.
